Just wanted to apologise for all my ranting. Unfortunately I don't have anyone else to talk to . I know I shouldn't rant it isn't something I'm proud of . Struggle to cope sometimes.

I have posted on other forums so just to give you guys a break from me . I just don't have anyone to talk too. I've called Samaritans before also so as to not rant here . I apologise unreservedly for all hassle caused .

There's no need to apologise @Strawberry1 a problem shared is a problem halved as the old saying goes. But it's good you're reaching out via other means, it means you wont have to put up with my nonsense all the time and can get some different opinions on things. :)

Don't thank me it's important to be easy and kind to yourself take yourself emotionally away from the situation used to hate it when people said breathe I never took notice but I've started doing breathing exercises and my go to is having a bath I can have five in one day it soothes me do things you enjoy it's hard when feeling triggered but remember emotions feelings disappointment rage sorrow pass they always pass we are great empaths I'm sure you are as well great listeners loyal so many amazing qualities I sense your a really kind soul always offering others encouragement and that's priceless

Is there anyone else here not like being around arguing or hostile environments ?

I react very badly to any kind of hostility near me, I guess it's partly the autism, but I think most of it is from PTSD after being attacked. ๐ But you're definitely not alone!

I'm glad its not just me @Albus_Scope . Thank you ๐
