You're not wasting anyone's time by being assessed @Strawberry1 you deserve to be seen as much as anyone else 😊

Is it fear of not getting this diagnosis?
Remember I said you're halfway there by getting the referral? Your GP believes you meet the criteria and knows your mental health history. They are not just given to anyone who asks for an assessment.

No what the I fear I would be wasting someone's time that is a big worry for me @WhatThe thats all .

Hi @Strawberry1 ,
i am sorry to hear you have been struggling recently and hope you have got / get the help you need.
i am not medically qualified but there is a great website called Get Self Help. You can find it at: www.get.gg. Or if you put into google: Get Self Help you will find it also.Just a heads-up it contains a lot of information, which might be overwelming, but very useful. Just thought I would share if ok for me to do so.
Take Care.

I've been told by someone who is close to me that other people have hidden agendas against me . I don't know what to think.

Conflict makes me dislike myself.

Is it wrong to feel sad even if you have had a really good day, maybe even the happiest day in a while?
Is it wrong to be sad and jealous of something your friend is doing that you can't?
Is it wrong to feel sad when you are on holiday (I was on holiday for a few weeks and I just felt sad randomly throughout the holiday. One day I woke up feeling sad and didn't feel as happy until I cried later in the afternoon)?

Hi @Strawberry1. I'm sorry that person has said that to you. What is their reason for telling you this? Remember that it is not necessarily true. When something like this happens I always try to look for the evidence. Have those people said or done anything that would support what that person said?
@SunflowerValley of course it's ok to feel those things. We can't help how we feel sometimes. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to have those feelings ❤️ How are you feeling today?

Hi @Rachel_Scope , I don't know what their reason is if I'm truly honest with myself . Thank you for your concern. Please take care of yourself and I hope you have a reasonable day today 😊.

Try to put it out of your mind @Strawberry1, I know that's easier said than done though! What are your plans for today?

I will try my best @Rachel_Scope . Its my assessment today actually. Later on . I am just trying to chill out. Thank you again.

@Rachel_Scope Thank you, my life just feels hard and lonely at the minute. I'm not too bad today but just feeling very down and sad. I'm also very bored and have been all day but I got a new kindle yesterday so might continue my book.
I've also had a headache and have felt nauseous all day today.

I hope your assessment went well today @Strawberry1 Did you manage to have a nap?

Hi @Bluebell21 , I was only assessed for Adhd today. I do have ADHD. I've got to wait a little longer for my autism assessment. I did get my nap not for too long though. I hope you are reasonably alright 👍. Thank you for your time and kindness ❤️.
