Hi I’ve got my tribunal date now and I can’t even say how scared I am about it. I have tried to look at what’s going to happen but nothing really tells me exactly what’s going to happen.

Hey @Moana good to see you again. 😊
Please try not to panic about the tribunal, I found them to be worlds apart from the assessments. The tribunal actually listened to me and were very caring and patient when I started having a panic attack. Just take your time and dont be afraid to ask for a break if you need one. You got this!0 -
Thank you so much for your reply. I am trying to be calm but it’s not working. I really struggle with new people and people asking me lots of questions. I really hope it goes ok. Thank you again.

Hi @Moana 😊 I just want to echo what Albus said. My tribunal was a breeze in comparison. I felt listened to and they were very patient. You've got this 😊
