That's amazing news @poppy123456 and I'm so glad the turnaround was so quick.1

Brilliant news poppy . Can I ask how long it took them To fit it please. Mines due to be installed in couple of weeks. What make have they given you for the stairlift . My current one is stannah. But one that coming is a T.K one. Apparently don’t do stannah no more as more expensive?!0

Thank you!@boppit68 there was one person and it took him 90 minutes, which I thought was very quick. There wasn’t one to remove so that may have made it quicker.
It’s a Handicare 1100 for straight stairs. It makes such a difference to be able to get up stairs so much easier now.3 -
Thank you poppy. Yes that does seem quick. Mines on a curved staircase so think maybe more messing around with that
bet it’s a weight off your mind now you can get up the stairs with ease, than having to struggle .1 -
Congratulations on your move Poppy! I am so glad you got the stairlift sorted so quickly too! Are there many boxes to still unpack?1

@boppit68 you're welcome. Yes, yours may take longer but hopefully not much longer. It's a pleasure to go upstairs now. My grandson asked me today when he comes to my house can he gave a go of my stairlift.
@Hannah_Scope thank you. All boxes were empty within a few days, thanks to my lovely daughter. She hates mess and untidy rooms so couldn't wait to start unpacking.

Poppy, can I hire her when I next move? Feel like many say there are boxes that stay unemptied for months, I'm glad you are all settling in1

Hi Poppy.
Thats amazing I’m so pleased for you it’ll make a massive difference to your daily life.
I totally understand when you say you can’t remember the last time you felt this happy.
When I got my electric bath seat fitted last year I actually felt overwhelmed with happiness and relief.
And 2 of my granddaughters always ask if they can they have a go on it. 🥰
Here’s to making lots off happy memories in your new home Poppy.

So glad you're settling in nicely Poppy, having a daughter that hates mess seems to be very useful indeed.1

@Hannah_Scope you certainly can, she loves tidying and cleaning. I just let her get on with it and put my feet up
Thank you to everyone else too.2
