Good evening

I had applied for a reconsideration of adult disability as i was awarded 0 points on a review in August 2023  bcoz I hadn’t given them changes in my circumstances, so payments stopped but  I have since sent them the correct evidence and I have been awarded it again so I’m really happy about that.

2 payments went into my acc today but I can’t understand why they made two payments.

I do have a mobility car which I was allowed to keep while the reconsidered the decision so I am wondering if I need to pay mobility money for payments not made while they stopped my payments in August.

had anyone else had this ??

Yes, you will very likely owe motability some money while your payments stopped. You will need to ring them to ask (motability)
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thank you @poppy123456 I called adult disability today and mobility and no one could tell me anything lol mobility said they could see payments coming in (due) but couldn’t see amounts so I’m assuming the payment they can see will be my normal monthly payments from now on - they said if I owe them money it could take 6 weeks to sort out the arrears and then they would contact me but it’s a lot of money I don’t want to end up spending their money would rather pay them straightaway.

They also said on the phone adult disability would pay them direct so it’s a bit confusing
