    Sorry your struggling but your doing amazing dealing with everything, and well done to your husband on his 8months sober that’s a massive achievement.
    I hope you can get a bit off time for yourself, is there nobody else that could maybe sit with your husband for a day or even a few hours to give you a little break.

    @Marydoll5 thats really good about your husband doing that for 8 months, well done, and I agree with the others that you are doing great by taking care of him and supporting him, like @Lou67 says is there anyone who can take over even for like 2 hours so you can get a break?

    Thanks everyone and believe me I am so proud of him keeping so strong. Part of the problem is I find it hard to ask for help and when I have I have been let down. 

    It's so hard to pluck up the courage to ask to be then refused as well. It will pass this feeling. Hope you all have a good evening

     I really hope tomorrow’s appointment goes better than your expecting it to go.
