    Glad you have a bit more movement in your shoulder now, but I hope it fully recovers soon.

    I’ve felt much better today the pains eased a lot, I have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow and I’m hoping I won’t have to go back.

    It's been 5 years since I've had a proper holiday and I think I really need this one. I want to see if I can make some changes to my life too when I get back. I feel like I'm just existing sometimes

     It’s bright and dry here but a bit chilly. My hospital appointment isn’t till 12.50 so be leaving just after 13.
