Well done @rubin16 hopefully they can advise you.
Welcome back @Jimm_Scope3 -
I do think the way the media is reporting it and writing headlines doesn't help. They always have to sensationalise everything to get the clicks, but when you're affected by what it's about it makes it more difficult.3

I forgot how much there can be to catch up on when you've been away for more than a week. It's good to be back though

@Teigr it's just the government scaremongering again. But it's all to do with the upcoming election. Still, it worries people.1

Spoke with my GP, she was concerned for me so has emailed the IBD nurses to get them to look at me sooner and has put me back on steroid tablets. She said if things don't improve over the next few days on steroid tablets I need to goto hospital again and get intervenous steroids.Hope everyone else is having a good day.2

Hey @rubin16, sorry to hear you're having a bad time with the old gastro system I hope the steroids improve things! They certainly helped me when I was actively flaring.
Looks lovely @Lou67!
Sorry to hear you didn't get great sleep @Ada. I hope you manage a bit more tonight.
Today I have been trying to catch up on everything! A lot can happen in a week and a half of annual leave it turns out.3 -
It was my birthday week! I spent it with my parents and my partners parents, we all met up. I also had a bit of an "offline mode" thing where I tried to use my computer and phone as little as possible.
I managed to read 2 and a half books, about 800-900 pages, usually it takes me over a month to read that much1 -
I tried audiobooks but I really struggle to focus on them, so regular books it is for me! We all adapt what we do to how we work1

Just back from morrisons son took me to get some fresh veg and fish.
