    @Beaver79 you probably know this already but make sure you be disciplined with yourself and do the exercises as much as are able to because doing the "homework" makes a big difference to how much benefit you will get from physio! :)

    I woke up feeling grim this morning and feel like I can't wake up depite going bed at like 11pm and waking up at 9am. I just feel so weak and drowsy and feel sickly becuase of it.

    @Beaver79 wow frost, I remember a couple of years ago (during the first lockdown I think) it was blazing hot at this time of year

    Glad I havnt planted anything yet. Dry but cloudy here today. The wheely bin cleaners just done my bin so I have a nice smelly bin.

    @Sandy_123 Enjoy your coffee, its gone really nice outside.

    Yeah it was really hot last year for like 2/3 weeks in May. Hopefully the warmer weather comes soon although I don't like it too hot. Our weather is so unpredictable at the moment we can have like 4 different seasons in one day.

    @Amberpearl sending you best wishes when you visit the vet today, and hopefully they have an appoinment for your other cat Felix soon.

    I've not gone to check on my chilli seedlings yet today, I'm hoping the frosts didn't wipe them out.

    Yes @rubin16 I got bins in and thought it's warm I was going to ware my winter coat but opted for my little jacket hope you feel better now.

    Thanks I'm feeling alittle bit better as the day goes on, I just keep feeling like I have no energy at all and keep having to go lay down for abit and have a nap. But I'm feeling tons better than I did this morning, woke up feeling like I got hit by a bus. Just waiting for an amazon delivery but did manage to goto the shops this morning for a walk out, not doing much today going to make lunch in abit and then perhaps do some studying.

    I'm leaving my summer clothes where they are for now @Ada.

    It's getting worse here.

    The new flooring's here and the delivery guy fell over when he missed the doorstep,he dropped the three packs of flooring he was carrying and damaged one of the planks.
