    @Lou67 I'm clearing the binge of online shopping last year when fiance (1st time I've used that word!) was in hospital for 9 weeks. I'm ashamed of myself. It's awful how your mental health affects you. It was out of control and a lot of packages are only being opened now.

    The one big bonus is that was what got me on the Scope forum to ask for help and be less isolated. It was the what was the last thing you bought on the Internet thread. Admins were brilliant then I met all of you and I thank each and every one of you for your friendship and support ❤️

    Please don’t be so hard on yourself, it’s so easy to do, I can also send for items that I haven’t used and they are still in bags, it’s that little feeling you get when you press order. But as soon as that’s done I would feel guilty.
    Your changing things around and that’s amazing be proud off yourself. I am also trying my hardest not to order the way I used to. Your inspiring me so thank you for that. It’s also great to have you on the community. 😊

    I've had a busy day @66Mustang ,I've finally got round to deep cleaning the hallway floor tiles and I've had to scrub them four times.

    I'm ready for bed now.

    Yous have been busy good on yous, I hope yous all have a lovely night.
    I’ve had a day in cleaning to I’ve ran a nice bath then I will watch some telly.
    Oh I took the plunge and finally renewed my Glasgow Club membership I get a concession which is great, it’s only to go back to aqua aerobics and swimming as the water eases any aches and pains, so the plan is to go tomorrow.
