Good morning Scopicles
Overcast and humid here. Set to brighten up though.
@woodbine that sense of humour will get you through. I'm glad to see you
@Amberpearl I'm sorry you had little sleep. Have you contact with any groups that could help like womens aid ran courses here to lessen anxiety and build up self esteem. I found them really good and met others who had been through similar situations and it was good to have that companionship.
@Ada sorry I got wrong end of situation with your gp. Hope you got a few hours sleep

morning @noman
Morning @marydoll5
Nice and sunny here but meant to go dull later
-
I can be pretty observant at times haha.😆 I'm on the same for restless leg, nerve pain and sleep issues. I tend to stay on them for a year, have a few months off them, then go back on them so they don't lose their sleepy effects. They also give me terrible tummy ache if I dont have them after food.☺️
Hope your tummy feels better soon!

Morning all I hope yous have a good day whatever your plans are.
I think it’s another day in for me I think the colds went into my chest.@Ada
I hope you slept a bit better and your tummy’s settled. After reading what Albus said about getting a sore tummy if he doesn’t eat with his medicine that’s maybe what’s happening with you as you not eat a lot.@woodbine
Keep your chin up you’ll get through it you’re such a strong person.@Amberpearl
I hope you can rest today that’s a good idea Mary suggested about woman’s aid.@Sandy_123
How’s you doing today.@rubin16
Enjoy your day at your nans.
@66Mustang
Do you have plans today.I hope I haven’t left anyone out my brains not working right lol

@Lou67 A day in sounds like a good idea, I'm not sure what we're doing in the day but we are having a BBQ in the evening at about 6pm so if you set off from Scotland now you could come and have some 😆
-
@66Mustang
Aww brilliant thanks for the invite if I felt better I’d have started walking 😂😂 -
@Lou67 I don't know where in Scotland you are but I put directions in the map for walking from Edinburgh and it might take a bit longer than I thought 😳
Just if anyone is worried I used my nearest city which is Cambridge, not my actual location ☺️
-
morning all
-
Good morning @talis
-
@66Mustang
Thanks for the directions but I will stay in and next time I get an invite I will fly down lol -
@Lou67 ha ha
If it's walking though I don't know why it takes you a wiggly route, surely you could go in a straight line
Unless there is a big mountain in the way maybe, I don't really know my geography up North that well 😆
-
Morning everyone 😊
That's one heck of a walk @66Mustang, hope @Lou67's got some solid walking boots! 😁

I'm alright @lou67 keep sneezing today
Sounds like you might need some biotics for your chest
-
@Rosie_Scope Morning I hope your good. It says 7 hours from Edinburg and I’m further than that I would be lucky to do it in 7 days more than likely 7 weeks 😂
-
Is it maybe hay fever you have. I was thinking that last night I hope I don’t need antibiotics. I will see how I go today. Meanwhile I’ve made a nice milky coffee see if it’ll wake me up any.
