Morning all I hope yous are all doing well since I was last on. I got home from my holiday on Sunday we had a lovely time but it was so hot but I could do with some off it now it’s raining and windy. Here’s a couple off photos.
That’s my mum in 2 of them one was outside a beautiful chapel up in the square, the other was just along from our hotel on the beach.

The other was a group of Spanish people all having a cook out it looked so good them all sitting chatting having food together it was the Spanish holidays so so a lot off them on the beach.

Hiya I hope you’re feeling a bit better this morning I’m so sorry you e had to miss your hospital appointment I hope you are able to get one quick once you feel better.
As for the weed dont give yourself a hard time your aware off how you became dependent on it before, so just go easy with it and if you need it now and again and your not doing it the way you did last time you’ll be fine.
You have a good awareness around it and that’s a good thing.
