    Hello everyone and thanks for asking after me. I'm much the same today. You could be right @Lou67. There has been a lot going on and maybe I'm burnt out.

    I am so glad I can talk to you all here as its hard to explain to my oh why I'm down when I don't really know myself.

    I'm taking my meds at least .

    Yes I’m feeling better thanks but I’m off to a hen doo abroad for 4 days I’ve never been to one and I’ve been feeling really anxious about it as I don’t drink. But I’ve decided if I get to anxious I will just say o need to go back to the apartment.
