    Good evening Scopicles!
    I had a lovely afternoon. A charity for carers my friend told me about brought me to the Opera House for a matinee of The Drifters Girl.

    Musical was brilliant and I sang along to the Drifters songs. I also met other carers who were very welcoming and friendly. 

    I was glad I got over my anxiety to go on my own. It was lovely to be out. It has given me enthusiasm to keep going.

    @Lou67 hope your leg gets better

    Oh enjoy I just put my electric blanket on 5 minutes ago, it’ll be nice and cosy when I go in and the heat helps my aches and pains. 😊

    Morning @ada glad you got 3 hours Instead of your 2 or less. Its hammering down here. Still a bit rattly on my chest but it's improving 3 more days of steroids
