I went out for something I needed and now I am back home. I had a plan for today but weather looks bad.. I still might go out .. I feel like a weight a ton. And having to drag that body around. Anyways.. I will go out. Because otherwise will be staying at home.. a long dayโฆ

by the time the weather improved it is too late to do what i wanted to do. anywayโฆ now i will be busy from tomorrow until the weekend.. so i will try to do that visit on Saturday if my mental health is okโฆ i feel always scared i am never at peace. and my head really overthinks too much. also in pain in particular with my leg. so i just rather try not to think so i am watching tellyโฆ

I am over fifty so yes I think is one of those you mix with water.. I am considering it. Hopefully also my hair doesn't fall as much.. there are many brands out there.. But thanks . Maybe powder better than the pills.

good morning everyone today not as. Bad as yesterday pain wise. Bit tired struggling with insomnia wish new something helped with sleep doctor wonโt give sleeping pills as say addictive so gave me mirtazapine do make me tired but sleeping

Sorry to hear you're still having bleeding @Amberpearl. Since this seems to be happening daily, it might be worth keeping a diary to track what's going on. That way, it'll be easier to monitor patterns and show your doctor that it's an ongoing issue rather than writing it here on the community where it could get lost!1 -

and think saw something say have blood thinners which can cause bleeding but is best to see doctor as true that none on here are knowing what it is

Dr knows I have knee pain. Had xray. Waiting for the results
She knows I have bleeding from bum. Had 2 stool samples. Normal
I'm. Certain it's due to meds
My cardiology appointment is 5 November

It's good that the doctor knows about it already and has tried to help. I hope that appointment goes okay, it's definitely the best thing to tell them everything!
