Morning all
Its so cold here.
It rained all night and kept me awake.
I haven't managed to get out for ten days due to health issues.
I wonder if I may be able to get out today despite it being so cold here.

Out of my chair at last today and I managed to walk around fifty three steps today unaided.
Ok it took me a while.
Lots of hidden tears or pain but getting there slowly.
I see my car outside and want to be able to drive again without having the vehicle modified.

I lost my spare car key today. Realised it must've come out of my pocket and fallen onto the floor when taking out my wallet when I was shopping today. Getting a new car key cut can cost hundreds.
I didn't have much hope that I'd find it but I went back to town anyway, I looked on the floor where I had parked previously, it wasn't there, I looked on the floor around the ticket machine where I pay to get ticket for parking, it wasn't there either, I then went into Tesco where I had been shopping with the plan of going to Home Bargains next if it's not at Tesco, I went over to the checkout where I had been previously and it wasn't on the floor there either, with not having much hope I asked the cashier if anyone had handed him a car key that they had found on the floor, he said yes and it's at customer service! I went over there and got my key back, I said 'Thank God for that! Thanks!'.
I feel so lucky. 🙂
Anyway I started thinking about how can I make sure I don't lose any of my spare keys or even main keys in the future. It was then when I remembered something I hadn't thought about probably since I left school back in 1992, and its those coloured plastic clips that attach to one of the loops on your jeans with a coloured coil coming from it which you attach your keys onto and then you can just put them in your pocket and they'll never get lost, they were quite common in the late 80's and early 90's, what blast from the past, so I've now bought one from ebay.

Feeling very deflated today.
I wish there was a block option on this forum.

Sorry to hear you're deflated today @luvpink, hope you're alright.
It's not the most comprehensive feature but we do have an ignore list setting:
It will hide someone's comments from view. You'll still see their discussions in the list and their comments will still appear in discussions, but they will appear blank unless you click on them. As I said before, it's not the most useful setting, but it's there if you find it helpful.
If there's anything the team can help with please feel free to pop us a message to @Community_Scope or send an email to community@scope.org.uk

Very quiet day today, feeling exhausted and run down. May be heading back to bed shortly, shut down and sleep.

I’ve taken a decision to revisit something I last did quite awhile ago which is to dye my beard purple. It’s getting very white now in places, going to have to **** it of all colour first which is always an interesting look to say the least 😆
I have even previously had a pink beard….

Looks great in purple @Zippy1983. The pink is fun too!
I'd be so tempted to dye my hair fun colours if it didn't mean bleaching it all the time. It's definitely in my plan for when I start going grey. I'm hoping I get a fun grey streak like my dad and can put all sorts of colours in it 😁
