    i am at home… i went to the shops and does it.. i will stay at home… today and tomorrow. i have a coarse voice, well a little bit.. weather is not bad but i have to stay at home. i hope i will be ok on monday. i had a bad night.. i was rather anxious so i had a terrible night.. i can not go for a nap because i will not be able to sleep later on. i am a bit better now but still anxious. anyway i will be watching movies, one after another…. under my duvet.

    Morning.. I called sick but they have cancelled the session anyway. Everybody is sick with flu.

    I am also mentally very bad. I hope to be ok for Wednesday's session.

    A new year comes and I am more scared than ever ...

    Just got my heart echo scan results in the post

    Not got the holter monitor results yet

    Letter says I have a dilated left atrium, moderate tricuspid valve regurgitation. Means leaky valve desease, due to my heart murmer and afib and high blood pressure

    All sounds pretty scary

    Can cause severe exhaustion and swollen ankles

    I am exactly the same! My emotions are just all over the place, especially the week before. I spent the last one in absolutely tears over any Christmas film. And then just so much more drained. Hope you're doing ok.
