I am not a fan of short muzzled dogs that can have breathing problems.

I have a bichon frise @Zippy1983 and he pretty much ticks all the boxes you mentioned! He's such a friendly companion with a big personality so I would definitely recommend potentially looking into that breed

Thank You all for your kind words, I’ve never thought about a Bichon 🤔 will have to look into that for sure. One breed I’ve contemplated as well is a Corgi, there is something special about them, I also have a memory from childhood that my late Grandma and Grandad used to have one.
I’m just glad the old drain cleaner has sorted out the all the drains, especially the foul smelling shower drain.
I’ve just cleaned the kitchen and sorted out the recycling to sling it out tomorrow morning. Before I turn my stairs into a bob sled run with the barrels on cardboard with me on my stair lift. Somehow managed to stretch 500ml of clear varnish to two barrels, will spray them with a good dose of spray lacquer tomorrow. Done a fair bit today, I’m still 50/50 about going watching a film on Friday. It’s times like this that the silence in the flat bites its hardest.
I’ve just sent an email to an advocacy place in Derby and just reading through and editing what I had sent to another out of town advocacy place, has really dropped my mood through the floor big time. Just honestly feel shocking, going to take myself off to bed soon and sit up watching something on the iPad.
I’m just gonna say goodnight to everyone and will see you over the coming days.

Thinking of you Catherine. It's hard, especially at this time of year. I had Natalie-Tiffany in hospital on Sunday night/breathing difficulties (I'll DM you separately on that 🫠😊). But at least Snicket's recovered. Both bradycephalic breeds but not had breathing issues before which is scary, especially for her. I hope you're ok xx

I used to walk a Bichon Frise for an elderly neighbour. His name was 'Snooks'. I certainly wasn't going to call him 'Snookums'!

It might well be, rubin. I have 12C here. I'm glad the minus temperature has abated.

Morning All,
had a decentish nights sleep with 9 hours of kip, but I’m feeling absolutely exhausted beyond belief! I just want to go back to bed and sleep. But have a meeting with an area coordinator at 2.
