Well I've just spoke to my instructor from Taekwondo, despite the current dramas I can still compete on Sunday! WOOT! There IS a God.

Well it turns out that despite the current issue, I can still compete on Sunday, and hopefully the medical stuff will be sorted by the end of next week.

About every 8 weeks.
Its hard keeping up with it and it takes about 3 hours for the colour to take, and a lot of time spent sitting in a chair.
Your hair colour looks beautiful.
If mine was as nice as that I would keep it that way or maybe have a reddish non permanent tint.
