About every 8 weeks.

Its hard keeping up with it and it takes about 3 hours for the colour to take, and a lot of time spent sitting in a chair.

Your hair colour looks beautiful.

If mine was as nice as that I would keep it that way or maybe have a reddish non permanent tint.

will have to find a garden person to help.
