Now I have part diagnosis I was thinking of getting a sunflower lanyard . Would I be doing anything wrong if I wore one ?

I would probably have it around the neck obviously lol but underneath the t-shirt for the rest of it ?

It's a personal decision @Strawberry1, some people prefer not to wear them and others find it helpful. If you feel it would be helpful to you then you should go for it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you @Adrian_Scope . I don't think family members would want me to wear one . I've sent off for one . I wouldn't be ashamed to wear it I don't think ๐Ÿค”. I would class it as part of who I am I suppose . Thank you for your support ๐Ÿ™. I hope you have a reasonable day today ๐Ÿ˜Š.

It is a part of who you are @Strawberry1, and there's nothing wrong with that at all. If your family somehow wouldn't want you to, I would explain to them what it means to you. They should accept that.

Having Autism is difficult, you may not realise and understand what you have said and done that might of effected someone. I'm talking about myself here, I done it which I thought would help but turns out it hasn't. Or said something that's been taken the wrong way. Sometimes you just feel like going in on yourself. I often in the last couple of months feel worthless .
