My neurodiversity has caused no end of problems for everyone.

Why ?

Difficult to explain @Andi66 . No need for any worry .

Just realised what an idiot I've been.

Having Autism is difficult, you may not realise and understand what you have said and done that might of effected someone. I'm talking about myself here, I done it which I thought would help but turns out it hasn't. Or said something that's been taken the wrong way. Sometimes you just feel like going in on yourself. I often in the last couple of months feel worthless .

I think I'm depressed @Andi66 . I'm sorry.

Go to the doctors see if they can help.
This Labour government makes me feel down on what they doing

I will get in touch with them soon . Yes I don't like to listen to what they have to say either. Please take care of yourself @Andi66 and i hope you have a reasonable day.

Lack of home support doesn't help my situation

I was very upset last night before going to sleep because I wasn't my usual kind self . I was so cross with myself for how I was. I apologise unreservedly to everyone.

depression is awful sorry to hear your suffering @Strawberry1 i feel like this all the time it can be unbearable nobody understands how hard it is. I find distracting myself with things helps me get through it. I hope you’re feeling better soon, just know you are not alone and it’s nothing that you have done wrong, if anything I think we feel like this because we’re too kind and our hearts are too big to deal with all the horrible things in life especially all the awful unkind people

Strawberry, I'm glad you can talk to your GP. I wish I'd known the Scope forum in the period following diagnosis but I'm also glad I lived alone. It was incredibly painful. I haven't read of anyone who regrets seeking diagnosis.
Validation from others (with one exception) came as another shock because this thing I had didn't seem to matter to anyone else! That was confusing until I found this forum. Know people are thinking of you even when they're not writing to you.
Average Joe "I'll never understand women" 🙄 - well that's not our fault!
