    I am glad you now have your medication @Andi66 January and February are difficult months with the cold and dark night and nothing really to look forward to until spring. Try not to worry about benefits and what might change. Nothing will happen straight away. Please take care.

    I also really struggle with depression alongside my Autism, I only just got full ready for the day. I feel so guilty.

    I emailed the doctors Monday like they said to do when they rang. They sorted it out but didn't let me know . Only found out today when I had my tablet review from the pharmacy

I wouldn't say it's gone away it's never far away but it's a little bit less than what it has been.
