Hi, my name is jo475!
hi I’m a veteran and had osteoarthritis which I have had since 2008 in June this year I had to have a replacement on my troublesome knee. I’m on the higher level of help. And still in a lot of pain
Do I need to change my circumstances or no ?? Many thanks

Yea of course. So prior to my knee replacement I had osteoarthritis. I revive the top end of disability benefit. Now I have had the replacement do I need to let them know ?

No, as you already receive the highest award you only need to report changes if your conditions have improved.
