Hi, my name is jo475!
hi I’m a veteran and had osteoarthritis which I have had since 2008 in June this year I had to have a replacement on my troublesome knee. I’m on the higher level of help. And still in a lot of pain
Do I need to change my circumstances or no ?? Many thanks

A change of circumstances for what?

Hello @jo475, welcome to the community. Hope you're doing well today 😊 It would be really helpful to know what you're asking about, so we can offer the right advice. Are you talking about a change in circumstances for a particular benefit?
I hope you'll find the community friendly and helpful.

Yea of course. So prior to my knee replacement I had osteoarthritis. I revive the top end of disability benefit. Now I have had the replacement do I need to let them know ?
-
so in other words do I need to let PIP people know that I’ve had a knee replacement
-
No, as you already receive the highest award you only need to report changes if your conditions have improved.

awesome thank you
