Sending further evidence

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well.

I have a WCA via telephone,

I need to send more further medical evidence ,

Does anyone know where I can find the postal address so I can send my evidence ?

birmingham West Midlands is where the assessment centre is located ,

can anyone provide me with the address please or the website I can find the list of addresses .

You will need to ring the Health Assessment Advisory Service and ask for an address.
