Join us on Wednesday 13 November (next Wednesday) for the first session of our wellbeing workshops.
Through real-life stories and practical examples, we’ll explore how thinking shapes our experience. Learn what makes us resourceful, creative, and capable of overcoming life’s challenges. Join us to discover how recognising your state of mind can help you navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity and confidence.
The course will be led by Julian Fraser and Claire Shutes from The Almond Tree Foundation a non-profit social enterprise that provides free wellbeing support for families living with disability or illness.
