Looking for research participants for my PhD project
Hello there,
My name is Leon and I’m a doctoral researcher at the university of West London, I am doing my PhD on enhancing automatic speech recognition for dysarthric speakers (i also have dysarthria). I am currently looking for volunteers to support my project with the data collection requirement. This would involve recording a number of phrases and sentences 3 times each which would be used in a data set of speech samples to train artificial intelligence algorithms. I am looking for all types of dysarthria and all severities to capture the full spectrum of the condition. Your contribution to this would help advance the field of speech recognition and artificial intelligence towards more accessible inclusive technologies. If you are interested in participating in my project please email leon.turner@uwl.ac.uk
