My carer needs help
I am disabled and my carer is my husband full time at home and he hurt his back last week and has been told to rest and not do heavy lifting but there's stuff he can't do with my care and every day tasks .
what Help is available? East london Newham?

You probably need to contact your local council regarding a temporary care package or something of the sort to get you through this period.
Also, this is the number for the Tower Hamlets Carers Centre which might be of use to your husband in his caring role longer term but they can slowly offer advice.
0300 303 6070 not sure if you fall under this centre but you could ask them for your local carers centre.

Get in contact through Newham disability adult social care or speak with your GP for support.
