Saying that they will consult 'a range of experts, stakeholders and people with lived experience', is just to mislead the public, in the same way that Liz Kendall claimed they had consulted sick and disabled people and that they found out that 200, 000 of them wanted to work, when this was just a fabrication from a survey that was part of the so-called "The Pathways to Work Commission’s research and evidence gathering mission", which focused only on Barnsley! As far as I know, Barnsley is not the UK, neither is the UK Barnsley.
Stephen Timms is the one who has very recently taken over the disinformation campaign, deliberately airing and sharing false information, which he knows full well that they're false, with the MPs who are writing to him and the media, as it seems that Liz Kendall is tired of parroting the same diarrhea of the mouth every other day, which she has rehearsed.

Keir Starmer uttered transitional protection once in parliament. But, transition to where or to what? They're misleading the public, saying that they would offer those who would lose their PIP or LCWRA a transitional protection while they're claiming other benefits! Which other benefits, other than the basic UC which ties you to a hostile claimant commitment to search for and get an employment?
Guess what - these days, many UC claimants on Jobseekers' Allowance get sanctioned before they even get their first payment, just to give you an idea about how tough is being on Jobseekers' Allowance nowadays. Gone are the days when people could be on Jobseekers' Allowance for an extended period of time.
If they ever succeed to get these proposals through and legislate them, nothing will change later on - mark my words. That's why they're busy turning over every stone to buy as many Labour MPs as possible at the expense of our lifeline.

Morning any positive news today ???

It shows their hatred of us . Any savings they claim are needed to bring the benefits bill down will go towards the two child limit so no savings at all . It will cost them no extra to leave disability alone .

Very interesting post and yes, I agree completely that the LCWRA/ESA issue is being ignored for the most part. I'm one of those people who only has LCWRA and it feels like there will be nowhere for me to turn at all when the changes happen. I hope that won't be the case.

ashmere,
Helga Swidenbank, a director at the DWP who did not work there in 2017, said that opportunities to identify Jodey’s vulnerable state were missed (presumably because they didn’t actually speak to her).
Swidenbank told the inquest:
I understand that there is a culture shift from being process-driven to being much more compassionate.
Whitewashing the reality
The coroner concluded that Jodey’s death was down to the DWP stopping her benefits. However, she worryingly said that she’d heard enough about supposed changes within the DWP to not recommend any wider action be taken.
That coroner believes the DWP has improved since then? The PFD (Prevention of Future Death) Notices issued by previous coroners don't count? That is very worrying, in fact it's disgusting!
Jodey Whiting's mum must be devasted. I know she used Leigh Day and I knew they would not help her or expose the truth about benefit suicides.

Isn’t it Leigh Day that were asked to look in the Labour green paper in regards to possible legal action and they theres nothing the courts can do ? Or was it another law firm ?
0 -
Probably. They've made a tidy sum from our misery and won't help us. Same story with Irwin Mitchell, Sir Andrew Mitchell's law firm.

Hi, no I'm not going anywhere I consider people here your all friends and I love posting and responding.🤗 The process of the reassessment went quite smooth even though I was in a state and panicked on a few questions that I didn't understand. . @Passerby have you filled the form in yet? The person told me that the form she has I filled in over a year ago.
