@Mary_Scope it's still too hot to do anything of significance. But the intolerable heat windows are getting shorter. So I'm loving the flexibility. Today I went out at 4 pm, which was so exciting!

Another thing I love about the fall is the days are getting shorter and the sunshine is getting softer. I want to scream with the constant blaring, glaring sun and bright blue skies that just won't shut up. And I know, I know, I know you guys are going to think I'm crazy to feel that. But honestly it's impossibly aggravating! Not a cloud in sight for months on end. Now the clouds are finally coming in. In a few weeks it will start raining again. My soul needs cloudy skies and rain. My soul is thirsty. 😊

Woooo go on @StarryEyed!! What did you get up to? Do you ever try and make shapes or animals out of clouds? I find that so peaceful haha.

I agree with @Rachel_Scope, you have a very eloquent way of speaking, have you ever wrote poetry or blogs or anything like that before?

@Rachel_Scope and @Mary_Scope fee shucks. 😊 I wrote practically nonstop for 20 years in various forms, between 1994 to 2014. Since then, nothing. I try once in a while, but it doesn't feel right anymore. I think my writing season is over. But I do love writing here, for the connection with you guys. Of course I'd prefer talking to you guys IRL and hanging out. But I'll settle for the forum. So this writing is more just a means to an end - to connect with you guys.

@Mary_Scope no, I don't look for forms in the clouds. I just love the protective feel of them being in the sky, like they're holding the world together.

The exposure therapy post will be done either today or tomorrow.

Today I'm smiling at the thought of finishing the assembly of my new rockin' nature walker. It's my favourite colour green - olive green. So I've named him Oliver. 😊

There's no rush for the exposure therapy post. Whenever you have time is fine. Do you have a picture of Oliver? Or will you send one once you have finished? I'm not sure I know what a rockin' nature walker is.

So you have to see the funny side of this.

My partner has a brain injury but it does give some comical areas when she has to make a decision.

In one sentence she said "Yes, no, maybe and I don't know" . . . . the question is pretty much irrelevant as this happens many times a day and we both end up laughing about it.

celebrating Christmas as work (lol), had lots and lots of Christmas things delivered for the shop (same for every retail shop at this time of year) we went all out and wore our Christmas jumpers, hahaha, no one got slapped thankfully 😅
