π Are you looking for a free hand dexterity test? π
We are inviting young people aged 12 to 21 years old with hemiplegic cerebral palsy to take part in a University of Leeds research project.
This involves simple hand and arm activities in a friendly and supportive environment. The activities are designed to be comfortable, enjoyable, and easy to complete.
We also offer an orientation session before taking part. If families are based around Leeds, they can come and meet us in person. If they live further away, we can arrange a short video orientation.
Whatβs included?
β’ Free hand dexterity testing
β’ Simple hand and arm activities
β’ One or two short visits, at a time that suits you
β’ Friendly trained staff
β’ Travel costs covered for the testing session
β’ Flexible appointment times available
β’ Orientation available in person or by video
This will help us learn more about hand movement, skill, and confidence in everyday activities.

This sounds like a valuable opportunity for young people and families. Research like this can help improve our understanding of movement challenges and potentially support better therapies in the future. Wishing the team success with the study and recruitment.
