@Sandy_123 @Beaver79 @Pandapaws and @Grinchy ... thank you guys. Sometimes the unexpected attempts can work out well
@Grinchy ... oh WOW. Modelling aside which is brilliant - the airbrushing is simply sublime. Truly fantastic. Is it only acrylics or is it lacquered too ?

I quite often take a walk along the local canal and have found it a great place to take some photos and as someone that loves photography I will jump at the chance of taking pictures of the scenery and animals, last year I updated my mobile phone and am amazed at the pictures the camera can take.

How I felt when I thought I was going mad; before my PTSD diagnosis ... not understanding the emotions of not wanting to die, but not knowing how to live with how I was feeling or why. Thank you NHSDepths

@welshblue that’s a very powerful piece you’ve created. I’ve been staring at is for a while as it’s saying so much! Part of it makes me think it’s a vicious circle, and also looking at the outside also reminds me of where you load the bullets of a gun. So a bit like Russian roulette . I do hope it helped you in some way or that you’re able to look back at it and see how far you’ve come1

@Pandapaws ... many, many thanks. Your synopsis/ interpretation is scarily spot on. Where's the camera
That's what I was trying to convey .. a vicious ever decreasing circle that could be 'cured' by chance.
A click means I stay ... a bang means I don't have to care anymore.
Thankfully I'm not in that dark place anymore. Some fantastic GP's who saw me weekly for months until I saw the psychiatrist and psychologist team who have got me to where I am now. Not through the woods, but on a path. One day
I know how lucky I am - not everyone gets that chance or level of service. Which is wrong, it shouldn't be a postcode lottery
Art is emotive and cathartic ... I was lucky to have the ability to get it on canvas when I couldn't find the words
Something a bit lighter and less chilly ... Hot Stuff

@WelshBlue that’s so very brave of you to be sharing this on here. I’m so pleased that you got the help you needed. I find art, nature and animals as well as laughter are such great therapy. As for you latest artwork awesome again.1
