I have crocheted the above two items. Crocheting helps me to meditate and brings me joy 🙂

@AJPJ ... lovely work.  I especially like the cushion cover (?) Love the colours and symmetry.

@Pandapaws ... once again an essence captured perfectly.  'Simple' things like the ears bringing it to life.
I never tire of seeing the cats ... but ironically cats hate me for some reason

Something I did for a competition to depict an enlarged object

Thank you Grinchy, Sandy 123 and Welsh Blue.

The item that looks like a cushion cover, is a handbag. You’re right it does look like a cushion cover but when I started to crochet , it just turned into a handbag. Funny thing crochet, you sometimes end up with another crafted item in the end. 🙂

@welshblue thank you, am glad your not tired of seeing cats lol, I wonder why you think they hate you?
that stamp you’ve created looks so real, as does the envelope and the water mark, brilliant

Welsh blue, I feel the enlarged item you chose to depict is a great choice. The stamp on the envelope is just nice way to remember the late queen,  as well.

I love crochet, but I'm very slow and according to my family do it wrong. ;)

    I like yours!

Thank you MarieBarl for your kind words.

I started crocheting very slowly and I am not that fast now.

How do you think your crocheting looks? ☺️

Hmmm. As long as I do small things it isn't bad, but if I have to put my wotk down and start again the tension is different and it ends up lopsided 😀

I made some Nomes last year, they are a mix of knitting and crochet, the tallest one is about 2.5 inches.  I couldn't find a pattern so they are a mixture of pattern and me making up things.
