hi iam 49 i suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees,left hip.lower spine,complex regional pain syndrome,codp,over active bladder,depression,anxiety and panic attacks,i love adult colouring and running my 2 colouring groups on facebook,collecting stickers for my pen pal letters,and looking in charity shops
