in Start here and say hello
Hi everyone,

I am 57 years old who has spent a lifetime battling anxiety, depression and ocd, I also have essential tremor. I was recently diagnosed with adhd. My Dr is now running test for Fibromyalgia due to long term pain and chronic exhaustion. 

I'm looking forward to being part of this online community where we can help each other.

    Hello nice to meet you ? I have some of the same things as you, it’s really not nice dealing with so many different things at the same time, I hope you have good friends and family to make you smile ?
