in Start here and say hello!
Hi everyone,

I am 57 years old who has spent a lifetime battling anxiety, depression and ocd, I also have essential tremor. I was recently diagnosed with adhd. My Dr is now running test for Fibromyalgia due to long term pain and chronic exhaustion. 

I'm looking forward to being part of this online community where we can help each other.
