Thank you for your reply There are loads of things i need to find out Feeling a bit low at the mo I also have osteoporosis in my spine Its not been a good few months Never mind onwards and upwards

Even though they are the above stated condition they also have a lot of information, advice and support on their website.

About Osteoarthritis.  Might be worth contacting. Have also lots of further advice, related organisations on care for your condition. Hope that helps.
