I live very close to camberwell I am very isolated I often don't go out I suffer with bipolar anxiety and depression also seasonal effective disorder in the winter months I have lung issues but I am able to do most things it's just that I recently moved back to london gmfrom Birmingham and I have no friends

Hi@lisa1986 - Welcome to this helpful & friendly community. As your main concern seems to be that you don't know anyone since your move, might I suggest that you have a look at your council's website to see if there are any activities you may be able to look into if they're of interest.

To expand on @chiarieds brilliant advice, are you able to visit your local community centre? Here is a link to Camberwell Community Centre. They have clubs, classes and groups that may interest you. 

I hope you find something that works for you and that you make some new friends.

Hi @lisa1986 and welcome to the Community.  It is nice to meet you and thank you for sharing with us.  Sorry to hear you are feeling so isolated since your move and I hope you have had a chance to look into the great information you have been given by members above.  I'm sure in no time you will be able to join a group/club and meet new friends.  However, you will meet lots of lovely new friends on here too as people are so friendly and supportive of each other.  I have been a member of the forum for over a year now and have met such wonderful people here.  I hope you enjoy your time with us anyway and I look forward to seeing you on here.  If there is anything we can help/support you with then please just let us know.  All the best.
