So i sold of some of my other collectible books and things to get some funds in to buy some new stuff, i'm always collecting on a budget, but i'm happy like that
First up six inch scale han in carbonite, not really an action figure as it doesn't do anything no moving parts, but i like it, they all have a sticker showing its 40 years since empire came out, dang i feel old, lol

Next up a diouble pack of bounty hunters, back in the eighties when kenner toys was first making the original toy figures, there was a mixup and the names of the characters got switched on the packaging, now hasbro have gone and reissued the figures with the same mixup a cool throwback to that early error

the figures are even painted in there old vintage paint scheme

I'm liking the new additions @Grinchy! I think it's nice that you rotate through some of the collectibles by selling them to buy new ones, as it keeps the collection fresh.

I used to be more of a Star Trek fan but that doesn't stop me being impressed by your collection, I could spend all day in that room, just looking :-)  I do love some of the Star Wars characters and have seem some of the movies (still prefer the first one) but since I became a single parent my interests faded to the background. I have collections of coins, spoons, badges, but my house has been packed in boxes for a while because I'm waiting to move. I've arranged a house swap but the lockdown is holding things up at the moment.

I couldn't say I have a happy place to go to at the moment, apart from the cemetery down the road where I go in the middle of the night when there's nobody around if I need to get away from the house. I call the house a house of horrors because too much bad stuff has happened here, plus neighbours aren't friendly to outsiders and one goes out of their way to cause trouble all the time. Moving will give me a fresh start, and I will be back in a village environment which I prefer.

I like the new additions. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of them.

As for selling old to bring in the new. I understand it. In the ideal world we would have the finances to keep adding and not have to sell anything but sadly we need to bring in new money to keep the new additions coming in. I just wish I could do that with bottles from my whisky collection after I’ve opened them!!!!!!

Thanks @66Mustang , yeah i like the new stuff, that's how i collect selling older stuff to get the newer lines, i don't get everything they produce, just stuff i like, i'd need multiple rooms if i collected everything that was produced

So i finally finished a set of 3 posters from the original movies, i've had this first one for a few years, then i got the jedi one and just today won the empire strikes back one, they are 3d sculpted based on the movie posters, roughly A4 sized and heavy, they are made of polystone a type of resin and hand painted

Had to sell a couple of things to afford the posters, but its worth it, glad to have them
