It's the mole poles, making them crazy ;-)0
-
@Sandy_123 Yep, that's stage hypnotism and it's a completely different thing. I've done that and ended up with my hand stuck to my head lol. This just takes you into a state of deep relaxation. Would highly recommend x1
-
@cartha @Sandy_123 I will be dreaming about all this now lol ?1
-
@coylygirl lol at your hand stuck to your head. It's good to find a method that helps.0
-
@coylygirl I would be to scared to do hypnosis in case it opened things up that I am trying to forget
I am glad it works for you though0 -
@lisathomas50 you might need bigger vibrating poles for a human mole ( I really don't know where this is going) but it's funny somehow2
-
@Sandy_123 oh gosh I got stich laughing so much ? if nothing else we are haveing a laugh even though the moles could still be there ?0
-
@lisathomas50 It depends on the type of therapy you have, but my therapist doesn't focus on past trauma, just the present and hopes for the future. I don't think 'regression' therapy where you go back would be helpful/ Hope you are well x1
-
@lisathomas50 yeah made me laugh1
-
@Sandy_123 it's called sonic vibration they look like garden lights they are solar panel and have to go quite far into the ground
I have visions of me falling into a mole tunnel lol ?1 -
@coylygirl I know people have used it for pain relief and to stop smoking etc and said it works1
-
@coylygirl I am good thanks hope you are ok I have moles in my garden and I cant get rid of them so I am trying these vibrating poles so I hope this works ?0
-
@Sandy_123 Yep, I have used it for several conditions. Just have to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. I am very lucky that my therapist is an old school friend, so I trust her and relate to her0
-
Acupuncture looks good too, pin points on the body,1
-
@lisathomas50 Oh no, he is a mole and he lives in a hole! I have an image of you out in the wind and rain with your vibrating poles, chanting2
-
I've seen some weird looking vibrating poles on Amazon. They twist and dance and all sorts! Human moles would be going around with a smile on their little faces ;-) Now I'd better shut up before I get told off!
I've never tried hypnotism, apart from self hypnosis which I think is a very different thing. I used to know someone who did it for relaxation to other people. I have a feeling it wouldn't work on me because I don't seem to be able to relax and "blank my mind". I also have problems with meditation and mindfulness. A therapist also told me that CBT wouldn't work on me because my autism gets in the way. I imagine it would be nice to get out of my head a bit for a while :-)1 -
@coylygirl that made me laugh0
-
@coylygirl oh gosh lol I can't stop laughing dear me it's a new tonic lol moles in the garden ?0
