@janer1967 sounds like a lovely family.....no!!
It's a shame people have to put up with stuff like that.
I think in that situation I'd make a complaint anyway and who cares if they think it was me. But you know the situation best of all and it's you that has to deal with the aftermath if they get nasty so I totally understand why you don't want to.0 -
Afternoon all some good chats on scope today and a lot of busy people.
Hope everyone is well, it's cold here today fed up with "jumper off" "jumper on" ha ha.
Those following Brother in Law had a phone call from hospital - he's back to morrow for his opp, good job, i was getting ready for a vent off ha ha x0 -
Thanks @janer1967 so hope so - we have all been so worried for him,
Hope your okay and managed a few naps today xx0 -
Just went for another drive, I don't want to say too soon or too loud but driving on the motorway is getting a tiny bit easier. Before I was plodding along nervously at 55-60mph in the left hand lane but now I do 70 and overtake the slower traffic. Don't get my wrong I still am nervous and absolutely wouldn't be able to attempt it on my own but it's a slight improvement maybe 5%.1

Sorry to hear about b/f @janer1967 two of our family have come back from Cornwall with it - it seems to me that the normal colds for this time of the year are in some cases turning out to be covid.
Glad you had a better night, yep i have noticed a couple of people saying they have had their COL payment, i wont know till my bank statement comes - i know i'm old fashion and don't do on line banking ha ha
Hope you have a good day xx0 -

Thanks very much to all who posted nice comments for me about the driving. Sorry I didn't reply yesterday, I went to bed a bit early.
@Biblioklept I would say it is my least favourite but only because of my obsessive thoughts. If you put those to one side I think my least favourite part of driving is in tight villages and towns where you have to squeeze between cars, work out who gives way at a pinch point, etc!! What about yours?0 -
@Amberpearl
I'm really glad you feel better today!!
@janer1967
Sorry to hear about the covid. I hope he gets better soon.0 -
Hi all
Bf will be staying well away but he started with mild symptoms on Monday and we spent all weekend together so hoping I've not caught it
Fingers crossed no signs of it0
