    @SueHeath thank you my next one is 2 days b4 I go away so fingers crossed I recover quickly.  I will be a nervous wreck anyway that week already panicking about getting on plane my wheelchair won't go in the aisle space to get to my seat so will have to use an aisle chair never done it b4

    Oh bless you @janer1967 there is a lot for you to sort out and work out when you want to do anything different ie go on a plane, is the aisle chair like a wheel chair ??? xx

    @sueheath a rolator is a walking frame with wheels, I don't use sticks no one has given me one. The parcel was a vegan snack box from scope members. A nice sirprise 

    @janer I've seen people in wheelchairs assisted on planes, they are usually taken 1st. If its stairs up they use a lift thing and viser versa. You should be ok. I think you can hire the scooters at the otherend might be worth looking into it

    @SueHeath yes an aisle chair is like those tye ambulance use to get people out of house I think . My bf assures me I will be OK his late wife was disabled in a chair and 5yey used to go away all time so at least he has some experience 

    @Sandy_123 yes a rollator  you use as a support push it along you can get them through nhs or buy your own

    Hi both - thanks for putting the correct name to the frame, i've just always known it as a walking frame, you live and learn, it's so good, for you, that your b/f is experienced with this type of thing, @janer1967 me and hubby still learning and i still by things that i feel are a help around the house etc xx

    I'm going to start making Christmas cakes today @SueHeath,we can't really do much because my partner's father is very ill.
    We've had three 'he might not live through the night' type calls in the last week alone.
