It's my favorite! If you've not used Sichuan peppercorns before, go very gentle with them, they have an unusual heat to them, it creeps up on you, but are so delicious.

I don't really cook Chinese maybe once a year I do lots of Italian, Indian, Mexican, Arab anc Turkish foods english every now n then. But that dish your having sounds fab0
