    Well @janer1967 I really need a blender, as the recipe said blend, so turned out dry. I'm off to  town tomorrow to try find 1, I don't know which 1 to buy

    I always have trouble with flapjack supposed to be easy bit mine are either dry or too crumbly 

    I don't have blender have an electric mixer good for cakes either hand held one or stand ones are good

    I had tea for lunch out scampi n chips n salad so just having corned beef and tomatoe sandwich for tea.

    fajitas with sour cream cheese guacamole and salsa - can eat more as havent eaten all day! Dieting sucks

    How long have you been dieting for? It usually gets easier after about 2 weeks in my experience. By that point you don't want to eat as much as you ate before. Then when you have a blip like Christmas or a holiday it takes 2 weeks to get back to not wanting too much food again.


    Today we have salad with ham for tea :yum:

    ive been dieting several months and still huingry as ever ha ha 

    i have sundays off and i think its putting my diet out as i find it so hard to recover after

    Ahh that makes sense, yeah I think having a day off maybe is the issue there but on the other hand you have to have a treat/reward so it's hard to know what's best!

    Chicken drum sticks, marinating in tandori paste and yogurt , squeeze lemon juice and fresh coriander, to roast later, served with home made chips and salad
