Hello
I didn't put much here cause I thought it was a "hello this is me" thing but I have done a more in depth post in the forum too.
Thanks for the hello0 -
I'm feeling a little more hopeful that someone might be able to help. I'm trying to book in woth t local private physio near me, who specialises in rehabilitation so fingers crossed0

I hope you can get an appointment soon. I know you haven't had the best experience, but physio can really help. I speak from experience as I can see both sides of the fence. I'm a long retired physio, but for many years I've kept exercising as I have a genetic disorder with hypermobility, which has resulted in generalised osteoarthrosis. So I do the exercises I used to teach.I find doing a little, yet often, works best for me. Please let us all know how you get on, thank you.1
