Hi everyone. I'm 30 and from the South West of England. Mum to one son and chronic pain sufferer for 15 years. Hoping I can find help here, fingers crossed!

    I'm feeling a little more hopeful that someone might be able to help. I'm trying to book in woth t local private physio near me, who specialises in rehabilitation so fingers crossed

    I hope you can get an appointment soon. I know you haven't had the best experience, but physio can really help. I speak from experience as I can see both sides of the fence. I'm a long retired physio, but for many years I've kept exercising as I have a genetic disorder with hypermobility, which has resulted in generalised osteoarthrosis. So I do the exercises I used to teach. :)
    I find doing a little, yet often, works best for me. Please let us all know how you get on, thank you.
