    had a dunn river chocolate nurishment shake for lunch - will have a proper dinner - starting placement tomorrow and super busy and getting my protein up

    No breakfast this morning. I wasn't hungry - as I always say, I must be allergic to mornings! For lunch, I had chicken and a jacket potato. The jacket potato filling was cheese and beans  :)
