Today is mom's birthday so me and my sister were up early making a full English for her with a cup of tea and a few of her favorite biscuits for Afters the chocolate rounds from fox's.

Lunch were making a chicken and bacon pasta bake for her with a chocolate birthday cake.

Dinner will be having chicken and mayo sandwichs and crisps while watching the masked dancer tonight.

On normal days mom has a smoothie most days , my sister has got into a new porridge company she's come across and she loves all their flavours
Link below if anyone else loves porridge and might be interested

I normally have a slice of sourdough bread ( homemade or from M&S) with red onion hummus and a cup of camomile tea and honey with some fruit or yogurt.

Lunch for me normally is a Jacket potato with a side of green beans and carrots with chicken mayo on the jacket with a cup of mocha  https://groceries.asda.com/product/oat-nut-drinks/califia-farms-mocha-cold-brew-coffee-with-almond/1000161156413?&cmpid=ppc-_-ghs-_--_-google-_--_-dskwid-s92700072427716647_dm&s_kwcid=AL!11432!3!614454946268!!!g!293946777986!&ds_rl=1254319&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIu6nEhKr4-QIVQuvtCh18pgtzEAQYCiABEgITpvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I had a pan au choc for breakfast this morning- Sounds like everyone is starting their Sunday right!

Thanks for sharing what you like to eat in such detail @sunflower2, it's positive to hear you like to eat healthily, but there's also nothing wrong with an occasional treat!

I've noticed you've shared some recommendations with us, this is okay in this case, so thank you. But generally we tend to encourage members not to share advertising links to paid products which might persuade them to buy things. This is to help keep everyone safe online :)
