Thanks every one for your kind words and well wishes . My community team will hopefully visit me twice a week Instead of once a week . It wasn’t a good hospital I was in so I’m very glad to be out because I think any longer in there it would of made me worst just by the poor treatment . The amount of times staff would hide away in the office and ignore patients knocks and they would be laughing or a few times I had the door shut on my face mid convo with the nurse and ward manager . How can you make complaints bout hospitals does any one know ?The hospital also messed up all my medications took me off half of them and then didn’t replace them with any thing .I’m so glad to be out of there I’m glad I won my appeal and my section was lifted it was like getting out of jail that’s how it felt .I have a long road to recovery with my mental illnesses and I believe recovery starts at home .Can’t thank all you beautiful people enough for your friendship you have all got me threw my good days and dark days . And for any one who’s suffering with a mental illness don’t be scared to reach out to get help x4

So pleased you're back at home with your partner & little dog. It did seem to be that you weren't kept informed as to what was going to happen with your medication, & that seems so wrong. The staff just sound awful. There's some info about making a complaint about a private hospital (even tho you were a NHS patient) here: https://barcankirby.co.uk/legal-services/for-you-and-your-family/medical-negligence-claims/making-an-nhs-complaint/types/private-hospital/ & also here: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/health/nhs-and-social-care-complaints/nhs-complaints-who-is-your-complaint-against/nhs-hospital-complaints/
So it seems you can either put in a complaint directly to the hospital, or directly to the your local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Lovely to hear from you, xx

That's excellent news! @cupcake88
Sounds like you had a really rough time of it in there
I don't think my sons mental health unit was bad as such, just wasn't suitable for people with learning disabilities.
I found out he had nothing but water to drink for two months as unlike a regular ward were someone brings a tea trolley round, patients made their own hot drinks.
My son has always been fearful of hot water since being badly scalded at school when he was about 10 so there was no way he'd get himself a hot drink and nobody thought to ask him.
I couldn't believe it.
But it's all good now he's moving into a self contained flat with two personal carers 24/7...And plenty of input from complex needs on Monday.
Really pleased for you, take care2 -
I spoke to my nurse today she be checking on me more often I told her I’m scared of getting poorly again really poorly mentally and she said if you have a accident doesn’t mean your gonna have another accident . But I have had two major episodes of pychosis this year with two hospital admissions I’m just scared .0

@cupcake88
That's understandable, but you have pushed through and hopefully the extra attention from your nurse will help and reassure you.
We're OK, thanks
Look after yourself and try not to let your past get too in the way of your future.0 -
Glad your back and hope you start feeling alot better soon thinking of you x0
